Hon’ble Chief Ministers in India

Respected Sir,

Educational institutions cannot continue to teach mystical and incorrect English grammar when a clear, law-based framework is available. My thesis, which presents this framework, is accessible at: www.englishgrammarredefined.blogspot.com

I respectfully urge all Chief Ministers to direct teachers to study this work, thereby enriching their understanding and strengthening of English education in our country.

I also appeal for the intervention and support of all political leaders in this matter of national importance.

With respectful regards,

Sabarimuthu Vyakappan
