Respected Sir,

          I defined English grammar comprehensively for the first time in history. Peers and the scholars acknowledge that “the description of learning environment and the spontaneous development of terminology highlight a genuine commitment to improving clarity in grammar teaching.” Yet, the University of Oxford says that it does not intend to redefine English grammar.

          It is important to clarify that my work is not a redefinition but, rather, the first complete definition of English grammar in history.    Earlier certain individuals without any structural knowledge presented theories, which were blindly followed. These flawed frameworks continue to obstruct the flow of knowledge to children, which I consider unlawful.

          As the Taliban in Afghanistan deny education to girls, I meekly say that it is illegal. However, the Taliban say that they have freedom to deny freedom to girls.

          Similarly, denying children access to correct grammar is a violation of their right to knowledge. The Chief Ministers of India should have adopted my framework to liberate our children from the clutches of erroneous grammar. However, their failure to act perpetuates injustice.

Chief Minister Mr. C. Joseph Vijay says that his administration is a transparent one. However, neglecting this issue may inadvertently align his administration with those who suppress knowledge.
